The Healing Through Creative Arts monthly workshop series offers facilitated experiences for survivors to deepen their healing within the community. Facilitators offer a wide range of expressive art forms depending on their particular skills and what has guided their own healing paths. Modalities include visual/creative arts, music (drumming, singing, songwriting), movement/yoga, drama, writing/journaling, as well as other intuitive expressive forms.

05/23 & 06/23 - Healing Self-Hatred workshop: An Experiential & Therapeutic Workshop for Survivors of Sexual Abuse with Rythea Lee & Divinah Erving
All workshop facilitators are BIPOC and workshops are FREE. Some workshops are for participants who identify as BIPOC and some are open to all identities.

RISE inC is an education, creativity, and wellness program for youth. It began in the Spring of 2022 and was offered in partnerships with Alianza and Girls Inc of Holyoke, MA. This program offers a series of creative-radical-healing and collective movements workshops facilitated by seasoned artists and educators providing tools and support for self care, exploration and expression: art, music, creative expression, writing/poetry, yoga, meditation, community dialogues, knowledge for power sessions and zine making.
